Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Here at Family Pet Hospital, we accept several forms of payment including cash, and most major credit and debit cards. These include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are no longer able to accept payment by check.
More owners are discovering the benefits of getting pet insurance. It helps them pay for any unexpected veterinary bills that may occur. Some plans even cover basic preventative care, so be sure to look into several companies and their plans before settling on one that would best suit you and your pets. Wells Fargo Health Advantage
We are happy to announce that we offer payment options through the Wells Fargo Health Advantage. This payment option has several payment options including a 6 months interest free option for paying for you pet’s healthcare. Here at Family Pet Hospital, we also accept CareCredit. This is a credit card that can be used at many veterinary clinics to help stretch your bill out over several months. Many dental offices also accept CareCredit. CareCredit has several different payment options, allowing owners to give their pets the veterinary care they deserve.

Family Pet Hospital offers a special kind of medical savings account to help you set aside a little money for your pet’s regular medical care. It can also be used to reduce the sudden out-of-pocket expenses for unexpected medical emergencies. This is NOT an insurance policy, although we do recommend you consider investing in one. Think of it more like a layaway program.
Our Prevention And Wellness, or P.A.W., program allows you to regularly contribute $10, $25, $50, $100 (you get the idea, however much you specify). This is charged to your credit card once a month (or more often if you’d like) on the day you specify. Then, when your pet is due for services, some or all of the money is already set aside. This spreads out the cost of wellness care and even allows you to plan ahead for some of those procedures you may have been delaying for awhile.
