Important Plan Details
All services unused after the 12-month period are non-refundable. Services outside of the plan must be paid for at the time they are performed. Plans renew automatically on an annual basis and may be canceled at any time; however, cancellations prior to completing 12 monthly payments may result in additional charges. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. The additional 5% discount does not apply to boarding, grooming, or food items. Effective June 2026. Subject to change with notice to actively enrolled clients.
